This ambitious undertaking entails the construction of a purpose-built structure for weddings and conferences, complemented by the revitalization of existing buildings to maximize site utilization.

The project unfolds in two transformative stages, introducing new structures to the northwest and south of the main homestead. These additions include a spacious commercial kitchen and restroom facilities. Simultaneously, the existing 'bunk room' style accommodations are being reimagined into 35 modern studio units.

With a capacity for up to 200 guests and 20 dedicated staff members, this facility ushers in a new era of event hosting for the Horowhenua. Weddings will accommodate 100-150 guests for grand celebrations and 50 guests for more intimate gatherings. Our accommodation offerings will cater to 55 guests, featuring a mix of double and single rooms, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a memorable, unparalleled experience.
