We are passionate about providing a continuum of care for our Residents. It started with our independent living options, now we’re transitioning into providing serviced apartments and care facilities. This provides Residents at any of our Lifestyle Villages to have their ongoing care requirements met, providing peace of mind as their healthcare needs change. By 2027 will have delivered a 144 Unit serviced apartment building and a 100 bed care facility at Speldhurst Country Estate. These two projects will run concurrently and will be a first in Horowhenua in terms of scale and a positive impact on available healthcare resources.

We are a vertically integrated group. Within the business we have many construction related divisions that help us deliver on our commitments and yours! We are proud to offer employment across a number of different industries. With a real appetite to grow the skills of our apprentices, we provide a near one-stop-shop for all building projects, as well as a fantastic culture of service to our community. We continue to explore opportunities to provide affordable housing (like our transportable homes) to Horowhenua so that people have the chance to share in home ownership. We continue to invest in technology and people so that these divisions can meet the challenges of a modern day business.
Property
We have built some amazing Commercial and large scale Residential developments. We also redevelop once proud Horowhenua buildings to give them an ongoing use in recognition of the contribution they once made. Our Property division looks after leasing both new and redeveloped buildings within our portfolio.
